Weekly Latino Dance Fitness Workout Every Wed 7 - 8pm At The Dance JunXion

Adrélatin Dance Fitness Fusion is now in Bryanston, every Wednesday from 7 to 8pm at The Dance JunXion at Coachmans Crossing in Peter Place. 

The class is instructed by Latino dance champion and teacher, César 'Adrélatin' Alvarado, who hails from Lima, Perú. César is the creator of the Adrélatin concept, which fuses slick Latin streetdance moves with a cardio workout and the hottest Latin tunes. The class is great for toning, burning calories, increasing cardio health, all in a fun and safe environment. 

This season we will be working out with 17 different South and Central American rhythms, but putting special focus on 6 of them: 

● Salsa (Cuba), 
● Merengue (Dominican Republic), 
● Cumbia (Colombia), 
● Cubaton (Cuba), 
● Reggaeton (Puerto Rico)
● Samba (Brazil).

Not only learning to dance them, but also creating fun and dinamyc choreographies for an effective cardio workout.

No previous dance experience or partners are required for this one of a kind group class. 

Kindly wear gym clothes and sneakers, bring a sweat towel and bottle of water. Participants must be older than 15 years of age.

● Drop in - R100
